*sniff* *cough* *hork* *sniff*

So after a failed attempt at crocheting a beanie hat while being chained to my couch, surrounded by crumpled, wet kleenex....I decided to take a hot shower. Now I feel 'raw' and relieved.
Maybe I should give up "crafty" things for a while. Dare I even say that. Crafts are great, but knitting/crocheting and I have a very turbulent relationship. We have romance, which lasts only so long..and then we're back to hating each other, but secretly desiring one another.

...I need to get some of my projects up on here.

Healing Crisis, folks!

I'm giving myself permission to do a whole lotta "eff-all" this weekend considering I feel like total crud. I'm going thorough what's reffered to as a 'healing crisis', which involves a "sandpapery" scratchy throat and a runny nose. Plus some coughing and sneezing here and there. Joy.

I havnt been using Blogger because I feel I..still...dont...quite 'get it'.

well, Its all a work in process, that's for sure. My main goal is to get a) my artwork on here, in a 'professional' manner b) some food recipes/photos.
